Using data to drive decision-making is critical to ensuring that behavioral health services improve the lives of all people, no matter their race, background, or circumstance. During the webinar, our partners at Third Sector will walk you through a five-step process of using data to operationalize equity: 1) setting outcome goals, 2) collecting data to assess progress, 3) analyzing and disaggregating data, 4) discussing results, and 5) designing revisions to systems and services. You will practice applying this process to your own work, guided by Third Sector, and will learn from case study examples of how government agencies and service providers have partnered to apply this same process in both rural and urban settings.
