The New Hampshire & Vermont Medical Societies, NH Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, New England ATTC, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield are pleased to offer a FREE buprenorphine waiver course at Cheshire Medical Center, Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene.

• Available for physicians, APRNs & PAs interested in seeking their waiver to prescribe buprenorphine in the treatment of opioid use disorders.
• 8 AMA PRA Category 1 credits and a Buprenorphine Training Completion Certificate will be awarded to those who complete all 8 hours of the course.
• This course has been approved by the NH Board of Medicine as CME that fulfills the opioid prescribing competency.
